Our organization is successful because of our ability to recruit and retain nurses, and the mutual respect, involvement, and commitment to positive patient outcomes between senior management and staff. This commitment is extended far beyond nursing care - it starts at the moment a patient or family member walks in the door and it does not end with discharge. It is high quality continuum, it is very much a part of all that we do to provide a patient care experience that is distinguished, exceptional and committed to a ‘best in class’ philosophy. La Porte Hospital proudly displays its Magnet designation as a proven priority to quality patient care.
