Count on us to deliver your get well wishes; it’s so easy and convenient. Simply order online through PayPal. Just add the items you desire to your shopping cart. When you check out, you will be instructed how to proceed. Your transaction is completely secure. Once your order is received, you will receive a notice via e-mail confirming receipt if you provide a valid e-mail address.
FEATURED PRODUCTS:
Tax - Indiana sales tax at 6% is collected on all orders. The amount of tax will be displayed on your order total after entering your personal information. You may submit or cancel your order at that point.
Gift Tags - All orders are delivered with a gift tag. You can add a personal message to the gift tag by filling out the personal message field on the order form.
Gift Shop Proceeds - The La Porte Hospital Auxiliary uses gift shop proceeds to fund hospital equipment, scholarships, and other philanthropic endeavors to support La Porte Hospital and Health Services.
